Not a bug but a setting: You have probably enabled "whoe OSD infopanel on playback start". That also includes resume from pause. if you set that to 0 it won't show the OSD at playback start or resume from pause.

Previously this wasn't like that, this setting didn't affect on the resume from pause.
I always set there 3 sec and the OSD wasn't show up when resume from pause.
Can you separate it as it was before?

3) Regarding the all unstable issue with the backgrounds/fanarts still exist (3.6.96):
- Sometimes it ok when after restart kodi, while on the other it's the same.

4) In addition, previously when I stand on an item of one of the widgets (Multi widget layout), the background was follow according to this.
Not it's show just by the widget which set to show the background by him.
Is it should be like this or this is a bug?

Probably not working because of the error I mentioned above. Test agin when you received the new update.

Regarding 3:
TV-Shows Library is ok now, it shows the fanarts, and all of them are correct.
Movies Library - The problem still exist, it shows fanarts that aren't set by me (As it show in choose art section)

Regarding 4:
Still not workings.
For example, TV shows background set to be as Widget 2.

However, Plex just added Plex for Kodi and when I create a widget for it and click on it, it does nothing. If I go into video plug-ins it works just fine. I am sure you are going to want logs but its on my nvidia shield and not that easy to get.

I was testing out the (banner view) for the [recently added episodes] widget and I noticed it's not pulling in the banner from Emby, it's pulling in the first backdrop and displaying it as the banner.

The thumbnail is no longer well framed and the border is no longer in the background. The rounded corners are square.

I have my subtitle languange flags back. I needed to download something for that.
Still I'm missing the PVR widget for "Now Recording" in 3.6.97. Tested all availble options but nothing shows me what is currently recording. Can this be fixed?

I am using vertical layout with widgets but if I move across to the widgets I can not get out of them as I just keep looping around the widget. Please could it be added when going left to the start of the widget you can then move back into the menu options.

This is not skin related as it happens on a few different skins, its a know issue on the plex forums now.

A work around is to make plex a favorite and link that to a widget.

First off - a great Kodi skin that I really like. Now with my issue - last week I had to reinstall Kodi and all the stuff related to it.
I have my movie collection divided in 2 categories: 'Movies' and 'Kids'. I put both on the home screen and as I like the backgrounds
to change automatically I use the smart shortcut options. Everything used to work just fine until I reinstalled.
After the reinstall I could see only my 'Kids' smart shortcut, but not the 'Movies' one. So i thought I may have messed something when creating my smart playlists.
I deleted all the smart playlists and created them from scratch. Now I can see only my 'Movies' smart shortcut, but not my 'Kids' smart shortcut.
Everything else is working just fine - only I can not choose the background for the 'Kids' section to be a random fanart for that particular playlist.
Is there something that I might have missed during the setup? Is there some trick that I should take care of when creating the playlists or the smart shortcuts?
The way I setup the thing is:
1. Install Titan
2. Configure Titan (enable the smart shortcut option for the playlists and the favorites)
3. Create smart playlists for my movies and kids sections (4 palylists for each section - all movies, recently added, in progress, unwatched)
4. Go to skin settings->configure shortcuts
5. Add - select shortcut from video library -> playlists->kids (or movies)
6. Configure widgets (recently added, in progress)
7. Set background - and here I can not find 'Kids', but only 'Movies', so I can not set a random fanart background for the 'Kids' section

I tried to disable <-> enable the smart shortcut for playlists, turn on/off the PC and more crazy stuff that doesn't really make sense .
Unfortunately nothing worked. The smart shortcut works for my favorites also. It seems it does not work only for the 'Kids' section.

This problem has been around for a long time !!! (random changing views)
My workaround use "Enable/disable views" to disable all unwanted views in my case all but Big Panel details.... it works for all except episodes as explained below

In forced views
Forced view for episodes Big Panel details (59) cannot be selected it is never available..... I workaround by using Panel Square details insted..

1) Next beta version will have an improvement regarding forced views. Instead of just trying to set the view one time it will now monitor the view and change it back if changed by external factor. I hope this would solve the issue without creating any other issues.

2) Big panel details is a poster oriented view so not suitable for episodes, you will have very weird thumbs. That's the reason why it isn't available. For episodes you should use an landscape oriented view.

Are you sure that ther's ever been a widget that displays whats now recording ?
I don't recall me adding that ever but I can be mistaken. In any case now it doesn't exist.
I will have to go through my rewrite changes if I accidentally removed it.

BTW: Doesn't the timers widget give you what you want. If I'm not mistaken this also includes the timer that is currently recording.
