Skin is not dead.

Is something not working?

If something is not working or there is an issue please post a detailed report (screenshots are helpful ) of where and what settings you have enabled so I can know where to look and I will try my best to fix any issues.

Lack of updates is only cause I have not seen or heard of any issues. Have I missed any?

OK, using the Leia official alpha 1 version, added new madnox for 17. I re-set everything to be sure.. Its gonna take me a long while to get everything back to how I like it, but first thing I noticed is if you pick colored icons, the studio icons don't show up.. though they do seem to show up if the default or reloaded is chosen. Also there are allot of issues with showcase movie boxsets (no info box, no text on the "leaflet" area etc .. I'll post more on all this latter with screenshots if needed. I want to get everything as close as back to normal as I can to see how close it comes to previous version to see If I want to make a final perma switch.

I can't seem to edit any of my posts for some reason.. nothing happens when I hit the edit button.. anyway.. noticing more and more stuff with issues.. like in music on specific views, next aired etc.. anyway, will after full setup is done try and screencap all these things. However.. it does work rather well so thanks and great job so far mike!!

Studios are working fine here. Can you check to make sure resource.images.studios.coloured is installed and enabled?

You need two addons at the moment for Movie Set stuff skin.helper.service and skin.info.service.

My repo has the Leia version of skin.info.service and skin helper needs to be installed from marcelveldts repository and then check to make sure both are not disabled.

You need:
v1.0.2 of skin.info
v1.1.24 of skin.helper
v6.0.15 of Next Aired (the one on marcelveldts repo is v7.0.1 and that version causes issues for me so I stick to the Kodi repo one)

Ok I added all the stuff you mentioned, I do now see the text on the right side of the boxsets in showcase, however there is no option for the info panel. Is there a trick I need to use that? I'm referring to on main menu, scrolling to movies and choosing the sets sub menu.. note that I do not use the option to group my movies into sets if that matters (which is for the main menu area) Also I cant seem to find next aired.. not in repo to enable it or anywhere else.. however I manually choose it for a main menu item and it works fine that way but its not integrated into tv shows as other then manually adding it.. I can't find it? This is probably my fault in someway I would imagine.. also after adding that script you mentioned.. I see the color icons now so thanks (though I have extensively been adding icons for movies and shows I didn't have an icon for so I can sent them to you if you like)

Also I'm getting a toolbox script error.. do we need that script? Or is there an update somewhere I need to do?

You should really consider opening a new official Leia thread for this version.. thats always been the case for all new nox versions for new Kodi versions

You can get Next Aired by going to Install from repository > Kodi Add-on repository > Program add-ons > TV Show - Next Aired

It looks like the infopanel was disabled for sets awhile ago. It should work now using the latest from Git.

I am not getting any toolbox errors. Just to make sure that you do not have a frankenskin please delete the skin folder in the addons folder and reinstall. EDIT: Unless you use a Git client

If you still get an error I will need a debug log (wiki).

I only think a new thread is warranted for a "big" design change.

I am just updating the skin for future Kodi versions and doing bug fixes so I don't know about that... also that would be a @Mike_Doc decision

Think you can fix that to the new changes for me Mike? It's in the Includes_Viewtypes.xml file. To be clear it's code I contributed to madnox that apparently in Kodi 17 no longer works cause it probably needs updated kodi 17 code.. I haven't studied the changes necessary for kodi 16 vs 17 yet.. but I will so if possible I can help out in little ways as I always have

It prob isn't your code cause everything InfoPanel and Movie Set related was removed somehow.

Please try the latest from Git again to see if it is working now.

Yes there are a few things not working. I can think of 2 off the top of my head but #1 is the big one:

#1) You cannot access the Subtitles settings from the OSD
#2) The VideoLyrics are all in black

I'm trying set this up using the addons listed a few posts back, but, am having a few problems.  About the only movie view that shows set info is banner view.  I can't seem to find skin.info.service 1.0.2.  Only 1.0.1.  Using repository.aeon.nox.silvo-1.0.5, skin.info.service isn't listed in the repo.   Installing skin.info from within Madnox installs 1.0.1 and show up in dependencies as "orphaned" (whatever that means ).  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
