Hi -

I'm starting to lean into updating the Wiki site and have a general Q around templates.  The https://kodi.wiki/view/Template:Tip is a good one:

As a template, it doesn't really do very much to act as a decent "call-out" - no visual separation, etc.  I'd like to know how malleable changing something like this TIP template is:  Is that OK/acceptable, or does it take someone who has been around for a bit?

(This specific template is used a whopping ten times)

That Tip template looks a bit pointless. Not sure what it was meant to do, but currently does nothing.

What would you like to modify it to?

Sure. Do you have a wiki account yet?

I do.  I went ahead and changed the template, which is easier to demonstrate versus explaining (it's Wiki, easy enough to rollback).

Looks good. Judging by the edit history, it used to be something similar, so not sure why it was changed to "nothing". Maybe it was a forgotten work in progress.

More to come as I gain experience w/Kodi.  (Just sorting out how to line file names/directory layouts to line up with Kodi's conventions - BIG rework of my NAS LOL).
