Were you able to add multiple sources like http://localhost:8587/source/my account/TV Shows ?
You need to have "Allow using Google Drive as a source" in the add-on settings activated.
Then you go to Videos, Add Videos, Browse. There you need to select "Add network location...".
In the window that comes up you select:
Protocol: Web server directory HTTP)
Server address: localhost
Remote path: source
Port: 8587
You press ok and then you can navigate Google Drive from the new entry created and select specific folders to create different video sources.
1) Firstly if I notice a difference in the speed of start of the movies or series, this is slower when Method 2 is used.
2) With Method 2, Once in a while, the empty Google Drive folder appears and all the access paths for the movies and series disappear. But this is solved by disabling the Add-on: Cloud Drive Common Module and the Add-on: google drive. Then restart Kodi and re-activate them.
3) ..
Any other difference you can find?

Awesome add-on, thanks!
I started having an issue today, where i cannot seem to play any video from my google drive. I click it, the Working animation spins for a few seconds and then disappears. The movie does not play.
I removed my account and re-add it, but it did not seem to make a difference. I can see all my files, I just can't play them. I have tried on an android device Kodi 18 and My Windows computer Kodi 18; latest Google Drive add-on.
Movies won't play directly from the Google Drive addon or via the exported strm streams.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
Cheers,
Ken

It seems it is only the 2160p files that won't play. If I set he setting in Google Drive, that says "Always Ask for format" before playing file, and I choose 1080p or anything other than Original Format, it works fine.
Does Google Drive not support full 2160p HDR MKV movies?

Weird... files just all started playing now... After about 16 hours of not working.
All good I think.
Is there a download limit for Google drive each day? Maybe after you reach your upload limit?
Cheers,
Ken
