Release Netflix Add-on [input-stream]
15.2 update has solved all the issues I was having, thanks. But now I have a new issue. I've been able to watch at 720p (on Raspberry Pi 3B+) up to now, but today I got a pop-up saying I need to update Widevine - even stuff I played OK yesterday won't play. So I updated Widevine but now I can only get 540p, 720p just stutters. Don't know if it's related but the ESN field in the settings is blank, not sure what the ESN is but I remember there was something there before (just don't know what it was).

Obviously windervine v? was installed as was inputstream.adaptive v2.3.22 and netflix v 0.14.6 addons. As I said it was all working well until I updated to Kodi 19 2019.08.21 nightly build where inputstream.adaptive became disabled.

Seems this was also the case with builds from 2019.08.14 to 2019.08.21 where inputstream.adaptive always became disabled. Oddly, I have a fuzzy memory that inputstream.helper used to also be installed but now it isn't installed and I don't know if it should be. Also, I can't find it within the kodi repository.

Is this a known issue?
Anyone have suggestions as to what the problem is and how to resolve it or is the answer to drop back to kodi 19 2019.08.12 nightly build?
The developers of Kodi and inputstream.adaptive fixed the problem of inputstream.adaptive in Kodi 19 Matrix Alpha.

that would be a nice feature.
+1
Has that been already integrated?

Ive been puzzling over this today.

Weirdly, Artwork beef will download all the fanart (including landscape) for every library I have, but flatly refuses to even acknowledge the netlix library exists..

Netflix returned the following error.
Error parsing MSL encodable.
Error details have been written to the kodi logfile.....etc

Opened the addon and put in my netflix email and password. Now I get another error.

Exception. AddonSignals call timed out
I had the same today, I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin and now all is well
Ok. I'll try tomorrow. Only just seen this otherwise I'd have tried earlier this evening

Hello,

I have the "Profiles Missing" bug here on my system... See here.

My system :

Mac OS 10.13.6
Macbook 2016

I did :

- A fresh new clean install of a 18.4
- Install of inputstream from Kodi repo
- Install of Netflix (15.2) from CastagnaIT repo
- Entered my login and password
- Error on a notification "You need to be logged in..."
- If a try another launch, I have the "Profile missing" error in an opening window.

I did not change nothing on my account on Netflix...

- EDIT -
I just saw an issue was opened on GitHub, I'll follow the tread... thanks.

Same here, my Pi 3B+ indicates its overheated (temperature icon in the upper right corner) and everything stutters, especially if there is a scene with a lot of movement going on.

I'm on Kodi 18.4, Netflix 15.2, Nvidia Shield TV.
Everything works fine, no errors. So far, so good.

On my Pi 3B+ the overheating started after update to 15.2 too and playback started to stutter due it. Fortunately I had one extra 80mm fan in the drawer so I could utilize it to cool the Pi down.

Don't read more into it. I didn't say anything about watching 4k, as 4k is still being investigated. But no error message are being populated while on 18.4/ 15.2
720 yes, 1080p yes, for certain shows, oddly enough HDR yes, per my TV output,

How? No one else is getting above 480p I don't think.
What have you got in the ESN field? Did you manually enter it or is it blank.
Can you post the rest of your settings please.
Also, have you updated your shield to 8.0?
