And I'm sorry I misspoke, I meant to say the Next-Up widget, which is a bit different than In-Progress in that it populates a widget with In-Progress episodes, or when one doesn't exist, the next unwatched episode after the last watched episode. Each TV Show that has at least one watched or partially watched episode is allocated one slot, and when you select and watch an episode from within the widget it queues up the next episode of that show upon completion.(2020-03-08, 04:57)ntilikp Wrote:(2020-03-04, 06:35)jurialmunkey Wrote: Yeah I would like to have it integrated. The problem is that it seems to require reskinning fairly often due to changes in it's functionality, which is really frustrating because it really shouldn't be something that I have to redo over and over again.Do you think it might be worthwhile to include your own alternative to Up Next? I've definitely noticed that it changes more frequently than you'd expect, and I'm sure it's frustrating to keep making adjustments because of it. Nevertheless, autoplaying the next episode is a core function for a media library / player, and I'm sure it'd be an appreciated inclusion. Likewise, an integrated equivalent of Embuary Helper's 'Continue Watching' widget made to your specifications and with your expertise would be an improvement to the current Kodi experience.
Also, just noticed Kate Bush in your music section, great taste
I'm not that keen on maintaining my own version, particularly when the one that's available does work quite well at what it does. As frustrating as it is, it is definitely less work to reskin the dialogs on occasion.
What does the Continue Watching widget do? I couldn't see any mention of it in the Embuary Helper wiki. Is it just In-Progress?
Love Kate Bush. Hounds of Love is probably one of my top five all time favourite albums.

Is the preview on the right just a random content from the resulting Discover results? Could something along those lines be integrated into skin search? Are you still adding skin search features like AZ2 has? Im thinking of something where the results update "in real time"... That would be sweet

The widget on videos is what happens if you only select one widget. You can use any aspect.
The love film style widget is the global fall back if you select no widget. I'm playing around with showing it on idle as a type of showcase screensaver.
If you're interested, I have made a generic screensaver add-on just for this purpose! I actually whipped it up for someone to use on a different skin, but you can set paths (using Skin Shortcuts) to tell it which content to display, and feed it any window XML you like We could simply add it to your repo, and make it an optional dependency
EDIT: I forgot to say, submenu in any position sounds great!
That sounds like it might actually be perfect for what I'm trying to do. Send me a link and I'll have a look.

Added you on GitHub, and you'll notice I took a bit of creative liberty with the name
EDIT: Up to you, obviously
