Release Amber for Leia/Matrix/Nexus
(2020-04-24, 15:36)Kyselak Wrote: Hi Bart,

just installed the update and noticed that the watched check marks are missing from some of the TV episode list view types: List, Low List and Tall List.
All other view types do show them.
Other than that Amber is still the best Kodi skin around! IMHO  Blush
@Kyselak, thank you for your kind words! And thanks for pointing this out. I will push an update today with the fix.

Hi, and thanks again for this nice update.

Point 3. Does not work. I guess one of my setting is wrong.
script.skin.info.service has version 1.0.7

@Johnny1982fd , could you please check if script.skin.info.service is enabled for you (you should be able to find it by going to Settings, System Settings, Addons, Manage Dependencies)? I am also using version 1.0.7 and it is working fine for me.

Regards,

Bart

@Johnny1982fd , I am not sure why it would not work for you.  Have you restarted Kodi since you installed script.skin.info.service?  If you have, then please send me a debug log that shows when you are browsing your movie sets, to see if i can find something in the log that gives me a clue as to what is happening.  Thanks.

Bart

@johnny1882fd, no, there are no other settings that need to be enabled. I apologize for not being able to help more in this case. I will add the addon to the Manage Dependencies option in Amber Settings, so that it can be installed/reinstalled easily. I doubt it will help, but try reinstalling script.skin.info.service and restarting Kodi.

@Johnny1982fd , the 10 is the IMDb Top 250 ranking of the movie.  I need to provide an option to disable it from the media views.  I will work on that.

@Johnny1982fd , I also figured out why the number of movies in the collection was not showing.  It had to do with viewing just collections vs. viewing movies and collections together.  I will provide a fix for that today also.

Hello all,

I have just uploaded versions 3.2.64 (Leia) and 3.3.64 (Matrix) to GitHub and the Amber repos.  This is a small release with the following highlights:

1. Fix for overlay (watched/unwatched/in-progress) not showing for episodes in list views.

2. New option to disable showing the IMDb Top 250 ranking next to the title of movies in all media views.  You can find the setting by going to Settings, Amber Settings, Media Views: Hide IMDb Top 250.  Please be advised that the Top 250 ranking is shown by default.  If you do not want it to show, then turn on this new option.

3. Fix to collections (sets) movie count info for views where movies and collections are shown together.

Please download, test, and let me know if you find any issues.  Thanks.

Regards,

Bart

(2020-02-23, 23:07)bsoriano Wrote: @shedrock, do you have script.playalbum installed? The skin plays an album directly from the widgets using script.playalbum.  If you do, please check that you have the latest version, or that you did not disable it.  You can uninstll it if you have it.  If you do, the skin will just open the album instead of playing it from the widget.

I am using this version 3.0.4 of script.playalbum, and it is enabled.

This is the error it is logging: https://paste.kodi.tv/ocolitafup.kodi

Update: If I delete the script altogether, I can click on an album widget and it plays but it does not take me to the library. Is this normal?

Thanks,

Shedrock
@shedrock , I am sorry I had not gotten back to you on this issue.  Is the issue still present for you? I just tested a Recently Added Albums widget, and with script.playalbum version 3.0.4 installed on my system, when I click on an album in the widget, the album starts playing correctly.  Please let me know.  Thanks.

Regards,

Bart
