For the Netflix views have you thought about an option to show the full fanart in the window, rather than using the full-screen? If there is an option for this I haven't seen it anywhere.

So like this where the fanart is just in the top-right of the home screen:

If you have enabled "blur" you can set the fanart of netflix preview window to "full size". That means nearly fullsize, i think it is 80%.

with "Vertical Multi-Widget Netflix" Layout you can have somethings like this :

Keep same settings and just change to "Modern Multi-Widget Netflix" Layout, you have this :

What do you think if we had this instead ? : 

Any suggestions on what to name this option? Maybe "make it clean", "clean homemenu", or even "clean"? I have no idea :I

Understand me, all works very well.
But for example to have the same looking between "Modern Multi-Widget Netflix" and "Vertical Multi-Widget Netflix", you need to check some options in one case when you don't need in other case.

For user experimented it is not a pb, but for a new user this can be a bit confuse.

Perhaps the first possiblity is to enable some options by default. 
Perhaps the second possibility is clean some options or some aspect that are not usefull or not in the good direction with the project.

I know, all is not so simple. Find the good balance between make choices or keep all options added with the time.

To be totally clear I ask nothing. It's just a reflection. Perhaps I totally wrong 
I not sure to have expose my thought correctly.

1. When you have e.g. 3 widgets: If the 3. widget is focused, you press back, the home row gets focused and the widgets dont slide to the top to 1. widget.
3. Same behavior as on back: If the 3. widget is focused, you press down, the home row gets focused and the widgets dont slide to the top to 1. widget.

Arctic: Zephyr - Reloaded with all default settings.
Start with "Vertical Multigets Netflix" Layout.
I like start from here because this is the layout with default settings who resume the spirit / look of "Arctic: Zephyr - Reloaded" and why I love this skin "Clean, simple".

PS : Netflix Fanart Windows must be enable by default . this makes all interest of this layout and just for the wow effect in first use

In advance all my apologies. So lets go ... 

When I says all layout, I think "Modern Multi-widgets / Modern Multi-widgets Netflix / Vertical Multi-widgets / Vertical Multi-widgets Netflix"
Home menu style "Modern, Featured, Vertical, Classic" are not very interesting.

If you want to keep the same spirit / look between each Layout, the "cleaner and minimal" option should not be an option for "Modern Multi-widgets / Modern Multi-widgets Netflix" Layout.
This must be the setting in all cases. 
If you do that the settings "Home menu bar" and "Clear menu bar" are no more needed.

the default sub-menu in "Modern Multi-widgets / Modern Multi-widgets Netflix" Layout is bit unsightly. "Use horizontale sub-menu" must be enable by default

"On up/down at first/last widget, go to last/first widget" is so natural. It is like a bug fix.
this could be enabled by default. then deleted in extras option.

On a side note I'd love to see the multi-widget functionality added to the Classic view, I know some people like this view as it is much more fanart friendly, but the limited number of widgets can be a problem. If we could retain the Classic view of just one row with an option to scroll up and down widgets that would be a great enhancement.

I did not check everything in detail. 
Some options are still unknown to me.

When you use "more..." item this open "Music hub".





Same thing for Widgets "Recommended Albums" and "Randoms Albums"
When you use "more..." item this open "Music hub".

Not sure the "more ..." item must be displayed for these 2 Widgets.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this. I have tested it with all the widgets you mentioned.

For the most part, I see it the same way you do. But it becomes problematic if I now activate e.g. the Netflix layout as default layout. And that is for the users who are currently using the standard layout. These get then after the update suddenly the NF layout to see. I personally don't use that at all, I only use the horizontal Netflix layout.  I think everyone has their personal preferences and therefore you will never be able to satisfy all needs. Therefore, you have no choice but to include many options that allow everyone to personalize the skin to their needs.

I just can say: This topic also bothers me for a very long time and in general I would also like to see a different start layout  But i keep the topic in any case in mind and I think there will be a solution for it in the near future

Changes and improvements come slowly, but they come
