Dropping by quickly to say thanks to @beatmasterrs for being extremely responsive. Skin is amazing, can't believe it took me this long to give it a try. New favourite for sure.

This is not possible imho and that would be a bit too hacky. Maybe i found another solution, we will see.

Sure, that would be possible, but AZ:R is meant to stay simple and already offers hundreds of options, so it will stay that way it allready is.

I was wondering if it was possible to remove the menu bleed on vertical home screens and if the multi widget view (2nd pic) could use the same naming scheme as vertical (1st pic)? Thanks.

Thanks for the screenshots, I thought that you meant, there is a difference when using the same background image for home and movie view, but there isn't. So sorry, but there is nothing I will do here.
