I have tried getting XoomsTV to run in the IPTV Simple Client but directly entering in the long URL(s) from the provider and also entering using a bit.ly shortened URL. The PVR starts but then hangs trying to load channel data. Does anyone have experience using XoomsTV with Kodi?

I very much doubt that their "15,000 LIVE CHANNELS & 30,000 MOVIES & SERIES" are all provided in a legal manner.
So as per our piracy policy (wiki), support is very unlikely. The fact that you may be paying a subscription fee does not make these things legal.
