I assume it would be the opposite of how you backed it up.
If you copied it, copy it back.
If you used a program it should have a restore function.

Even time a scrub is performed, we make a backup of the SQLite database. These are stored in a backups folder underneath the KODI database folder. These backups can be disabled in the settings but we STRONGLY suggest you leave the backup enabled.
In our addon's settings it is possible to change the name of the backups if you want to make a specific test. This backup name will have a date and timestamp attached and then copied to a sub folder. testclean1_2016-04-26_1345.db If no name is supplied then the backups use the standard name of the backup and attach a datestamp MyVideos99_2016-04-26_1345.db. When you first install the add-on, it defaults to no defined string in the name, so the add-on by default uses the SQLite db name.
MySQL users need to make your own backups. But as you have moved into the advanced world of MySQL I assume you already know all about backups.
The first post shows where the file is backed up, you need to copy it back over your main database file.

The program that created my backup is the Video Database Cleaner (I named it after my name in the settings). I tried using the official kodi “Backup” addon but I couldn’t find my .db file when trying the restore option.
It’s my first time trying to restore. When you say copy it back, where exactly in my kodi files? Thank you.

Perfect, thanks. So I basically just cut it out of the /backups folder and simply paste it in my Database folder where all my other .db files are located? (MyVideos, Textures etc.)

I’m running Kodi on an android box so yes this is the exact location. Do you suggest any file app I could use to copy it into my main Database file?

Sorry I just picked up a line from the logs and edited it to make the example, but the movies are not really in the music library or the other way around. I just wanted to know if it is possible to find and clean orphaned files like those from the library?
Thanks again!
