I've tried to do a minimal ubuntu install following the guide on the xbmc wiki and failed. After that I downloaded the XBMC Live and got exactly the same problem.
When trying to boot (after selecting the OS in Grub) shows up a screen with some messed up graphics (like a glitch) and stays that way.
I've found out that inserting and removing a pen makes the system boot, but if I reboot it I'm back to the same problem.
Ubuntu Minimal 11.04 and XBMC 10.1 Live
Asus AT5IONT with 4Gb ram.
