this skin is great, but i notice that if i exit XBMC then come back in, xbmc starts scanning my library and then freezes. this only happens with this skin, once i change skins i have no issues. anyone else see this or have an idea?

You have "update library at startup" enabled? You're on dharma?

Do you use XBMC 10 or XBMC 11 ?
This skin is not XBMC 11 ready yet !! I have this freezes in XBMC 11 too.
XBMC 10 is working fine with this Skin. Have u installed the extra addons mentioned in the first post ?

The new Version 2.05 will be XBMC 11 ready. Than the freezes will not happen any more (hopfully Smile

).

Help. What am I doing wrong. Every time I watch a preview it shows the preview full screen behind all the movie names and skin features.

I assume you have fullscreen visualisation in background enabled, you have to disable it in settings-->skin-->general settings

Hi,
i've made all the changes, but i don't see the script installed. Should it be installed via zip file ? Is it on Addons Programs or Video Addons ?
Maybe on startup.xml ?

Butcha,

Once you've added the code to the submenu xml files then you just need to extract the script.randommovies folder from the zip file into your addons folder and restart xbmc.

The script won't appear in any addons lists in the skin as it's designed to be run from within the skin.
