I kinda forgot the username/password of my install of xbmc. I was wondering if there is some trick to reset the password of a user using another livecd? I figured that would be a possible route since I didn't lock down the bios or grub. Speaking of grub, I can't get it to load so I could do the exploit shown here:

I know some linux stuff, but I'm lacking in areas. I can find the xbmc partition, but i can't mount it using the live cd. Probably because I'm using the wrong command:
mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sda1 /media/disk -o force
Can someone help me out?
EDIT: I figured out my mount issue... I just need to figure out where i can reset the passwords
