Hi, embarrassing confession time

I've downloaded a nightly build which I'm running in portable mode with Aeon Nox. Somewhere I managed to toggle the "Pause during refresh rate change" switch to 5 seconds, but it's annoying me now!!

However, I've looked through every d*mn menu in Aeon NOx, but I just cannot find how to turn this off!!!!

Please can someone help?!?
