I just purchased a new TV yesterday, and plugged in my then working XBMC.
Now all of a sudden, when I play a video, I am just getting loud hissing sound both through the TV speakers and stereo speakers.
I have the XBMC running HDMI to my TV and then an optical cable from the TV to the stereo receiver.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I hadn't changed anything.
