I'm searching software to make a graphical launcher frontend in fullscreen that automatically starts with Windows,
to chose applications like XBMC or other Mediacenters with the arrow keys, (I'm using a remote, that's why) and launch them.
It should be freeware if possible and not require any programming skills.
So a graphical editor would be nice.

Do you know if there exists something like that?

You could try something like Rainmeter, it can start on boot, and you're able to make some fullscreen widgets. Wether it supports keyboard/remote navigation, I don't know. Take a look at it.
