Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to send commands to Pulse-Eight's USB-CEC in python scripts. I would like to switch TV input through my script by using XBMC's API, but I don't know if it's possible. For now I'm using a library which uses boost::python, but this conflicts with xbmc, since it is also trying to read/write the same device.
Any help?

I have a similar request. When I power off xbmc, I'd like to switch back to the cable box input since its not cec enabled.
