Where does the default scraper (imdb?) store the information it has downloaded?

Also ...
If the drive I am scraping is an external USB drive whose drive letter might change, how do I set it so that it doesn't need to rescrape if the drive letter does change?

All information is stored in your userdata in the Database folder and Thumbnails folder

As for assigning a drive letter to your USB drive so it never changes then this has to be set in windows how is easily found on goggle
