hi all
i am new to xbmc and just read through the feature list.
what i was not able to answer by reading the material on the homepage was if installing xbmc does limit the "official" functions of xbox. is it a parallel system to the normal xbox menu, and if i install xbmc, most important, does then xbox live still work?
what i heard of, it is not possible to play online with any mod'ed xbox? is this true.

in short, no with a modded xbox you cannot use live without extraordinary measures i.e a hard drive extender and to be able to put your modded drive and stock drive in and switch your chip off and use your locked drive.
....way to much hassle, heres what it breaks down to. you need to decide whats more important to you, moddablity or xbox live.
