I think that you probably figured wrong. XBMC comes configured to play most all videos without the need for added codecs.
Are you sure that isn't an encoding problem?

Are you using an Intel graphics processor? If so these can be troublesome if hardware acceleration is enabled. You could try disabling acceleration and see if that improves the playback.
Otherwise I'm inclined to agree with Mark that it's a problem with the video. I occasionally see similar corruption with recordings from the BBC iPlayer. Have you tried playing the video in VLC or MPC-HC?

Thanks a million!! I turned of "Allow hardware acceleration" and that did the trick.
Just order Radeon HD 6670 with Passive GPU Cooler. Maybe i can enable hardware acceleration again when it is installed
