What is the criteria for making this list? Can it be edited? I only wa.t it to list the last 5 days.

"Recently Added" = Last 25 added to the library. You can change the number in your userdata/advancedsettings.xml (wiki), but it's not date-based, so you can't restrict it to the last 5 days.
