I'm using a Windows 7 laptop and using XBMC to stream videos to WDTV Live. Everything works perfectly. However I can't stream videos from DVDs, not ISO ones and neither the ripped AVI/MKV ones.
Is there any way to do this?
(I'm trying to do this via upnp/dlna)

Hi,
I wonder how you went about this please? I am trying to do the same, using WDTV as uPNP/DLNA client, which works with no problems whatsoever. However, whilst I can just click on an ISO DVD image in XBMC itself and it will play immediately, the WDTV Live will say "cannot play this format" when clicking on the ISO-DVD title (which was, to my surprise and delight, correctly displayed in the library). Did you install any plugins for realtime transcoding?
Thanks.
