Suppose I can sell my 90w picoPSU on ebay and splurge for the HD7750 + the 192W picoPSU - How much additional noise do you think HD7750 will bring? I love how silent the build is at the moment - I am not sure the benefits of gaming will outweigh the sexiness of the silence of this build :-)
One reviewer on Newegg said this "Cons: The full size 7750 from Sapphire did away with the cooling fan, going instead with cooling tubes and fins. The low profile card has a cooling fan. It is quiet however, even under load."
