It is logical that if you have 2 .nfo files in each movie folder that you get everything displayed twice.
You will probably have changed the MediaCompanion naming settings and then done a rescrape.
Long story short, some of those movie duplicates were movies that weren't ever "touched" by MC3. So, the great mystery still goes forward about how some of the "old" movies got 2 NFOs in there or were even "touched" by MC3 to begin with.....
It didn't bother me with the duplicates, it won't bother me if they show up again. I just thought it was some sort of bug that perhaps the devs overlooked and I wanted to bring to his/her attention.
