I've been getting frequent video/audio stutter in XBMC Eden watching MKV episodes of Seinfeld (MediaInfo below).
The video/audio will stutter simultaneously for about a second or two and then resume. None of these episodes have actually crashed XBMC.
The episodes stutter with or without hardware acceleration enabled. The stutter doesn't occur in Plex 0.9.3.4 or 0.9.5.2.
In the XBMC log below, the stutter occurred somewhere around 16:43. I then did a rewind and played over the same scene without incident, and then shut down XBMC.
* OSX 10.6.8
* Mac Mini 2010 (2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB 1067 MHz DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce 9400)
* SVN Revision: XBMC 11.0 Git:20120321-14feb09 (Compiled: Mar 22 2012)
* XBMC skin: Aeon MQ3 2.0.1

I can put a video sample in my dropbox on request.
