Hey guys and girls,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin or app that will show you movies you don't have by specific actors, for example I think I have all of an actors films I run the report, it checks imdb and highlights any movies I don't own?

Yes it's pretty much a NO. Given that there is ~300,000+ films out... with many more actors, you could run into the millions checking a database, not to mention bandwidth and computing time.. Box sets sometimes give a clue, or manual searches on one of a movie data base can bring results...

Nice idea though, you could always write your own... XBMC has a DIY moto.

find metadata actors plugin. You can search actors in your database ,see their bio and filmography (you will have a tick next to the movies in your db) and see what other movies theyve been in)
