Hi guys,
I'm having an issue with a specific TV Show video file (namely the new series Arrow in 720p). Video playback is absolutely fine. But the sound generates a horrible static sound intermittently throughout the entire episode (noticeably less later in the file), I also noticed it in the second episode of the very same show. At the moment my ATV2 is connected to my TV (Panasonic) via HDMI. I tried a few things such as switching to 16 bit audio, and swapping the audio settings to coax. Nothing worked unfortunately.
Something that may be useful is that I get this issue with absolutely no other files, even videos that use the same audio format AC3.
If anyone has encountered the same issue and knows a solution that would be great. I'd also love to know how to post a sample, but I have no clue how to do such a thing.
