I recently upgraded my HTPC to windows 8, all of my files are stored on an external hard drive, placed there with sickbeard. The file structure hasn't changed and was indexing just fine under windows 7.
When I scan files it pulls up everything, but doesn't seem to pull up mkv files. When I access the files through the files menu they play just fine, xbmc just doesn't seem to be indexing them. Am I missing something or is there something else I need to configure?
