Hey so I just started getting this over a week ago, first let me show the screenshot I took:

When I hit Ignore then I can still stay in XBMC, but the other options crash the app. No changes have been done, just the regular Windows security updates.... Has anyone else been having this issue?

You have a sour video file that XBMC is coughing on. Do a proper debug-log, it should show which one is the heart breaker.
