Just a note regarding RC2. On Windows 8 if you close XBMC via the close X the XBMC process stays running in the background. Sometimes this results in a runtime.exe error, sometimes it just runs forever, not allowing XBMC to be launched until the background process is manually killed.
I have also noticed that if you try to navigate through the menus when a kaitoast popup is up it crashes the exe.
