Is it possible to increase the amount of volume change (i.e. step size) that a push of the button on my remote will do?

This has always been a problem for me, too. Both using a remote and using the keyboard media controls. It takes many keypresses to get an adequate volume change.

Any resolution for this? same problem here, cant' find where to set this
