Audio not synchronized all videos: If I offset Delay 0.175s it plays perfect
How come? How to fix make permanent playback good.

Fixed: I offset Delay 0.175s, and set as default all movies.

BUT I still like to know if that’s standard for others to, sounds a bit silly all movies need that offset, seems to me system has an error??

The offset is normal, it can vary widely between systems depending on hardware, software/drivers, and settings. There is no error.
