Ok So I used Media Center Master to organize, download trailers, fanart, backdrops etc..so they are all sitting inside their folders, but XBMC wont recognize the thumbs, trailers, fanarts etc.. in the movie folders, is there an easy way to correct this?

The only thing I can think of is to double check that "Movies are in individual folders named after the movies" is checked in your source's content settings.

Yea I double checked that setting, it is set to that.
