When I install xbmc 12.2 on my windows 8.1 machine and try to launch it from an icon in the XBMC folder I get a missing python26.dll error. I've tried to reinstall several times to no avail. However when I ticked 'run XBMC' to run it automatically after installing it worked fine. Can someone help? Thanks.
