if i make killall lircd, it says no process active...

To get usb mceir blasting to work, I need to run:
/usr/sbin/lircd --driver=default --device=/dev/lirc0 --uinput --output=/var/run/lirc/lircd --pidfile=/var/run/lirc/lircd-lirc0.pid /storage/ .config/lircd.conf

Then I can run commands like:
irsend SEND_ONCE "Toshiba_CT-90101_TV" "Mute"
