I built a new HTPC using a Haswell i3 with HD 4400 graphics. I built it on Windows 7 x64. Still, I'm not sure if I'm using the right video/audio settings as I noticed some slight stutter in my movies.

My setup:
- Haswell i3 with HD 4400 graphics. Latest Intel VGA driver.
- Windows 7 x64
- Samsung F7100 LED TV
- Samsung FW550 2.1 sound bar with sub woofer connected to the TV via HDMI (ARC)

I currently have video set to "Auto Detect" with DXVA2 enabled.
I have audio set to "HDMI" 2.1 output. I'm using DirectSound: HDMI Samsung for both audio and passthrough device.

I this correct?
