is there something wrong with the cvs? i am trying to do a checkout for about 2 days now using both tortoisecvs and cvsnt but i keep getting the error:

empty password used - try 'cvs login' with a real password
cvs [checkout aborted]: authorization failed: server cvs.sourceforge.net rejected access to /cvsroot/xbmc for user anonymous

is it me, or is something wrong?

i'm using tortoise cvs and it does reject, but if i let it ride after a few minutes it finally works out.

well, i can log in but i haven't been getting any updated files since april 6th using the usual cvs update. there hasn't been any updates since then? doing a log on a random file seems to indicate that no work is being done now.
