Hi Guys,
I have a 2-movie set of the Fantastic Four series: Fantastic.Four.I-II.BluRay.1080p.DTSMA.2Audio.x264-CHD
The first one played with no problem using XBMC, the 2nd one won't play on XBMC, but I was able to play it on VLC and any other player.

Am I missing anything?

, Some times players like VLC will skip bad data and continue, while XBMC is a tad more picky to safe guard blowing up. I suggest either a re-rip, or return a faulty disk set, or try and use a program like MKVmerge that will kind of remux the file (sometimes heals the issue, note byte size difference).
