(This post was last modified: 2016-02-15, 18:03 by glaven.)
I have successfully mapped my TV remote and the air mouse works fine with my Tronsmart Vega S-89 (Android 4.4).
The only thing I can't do is switch the Vega on with the MX3 (I can switch it off with the on/off button). I have mapped the on/off of the remote that came with the S-89 to various keys of the MX3, but still no luck.
Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

I have to red button, buttom left, mapped as on/off for the remote (and the red button top left as on/off for the tv). Works for me.
If you have tv with cec, I think you can use the top left for tv AND s89 at the same time but not sure because I don't have such a tv.

I was able to modify the "default" keymap from openelec, and also keep a "gen.xml" keymap from the Kodi remote mapper app, but I can't remember where I stored the new default keymap in openelec. Does anyone happen to know this?

ok i didn’t realise that you could switch between IR & RF using the TV key (I presume you mean RF when you mention Bluetooth? e.g plugging in the little dongle?). I've programmed the coloured buttons to IR functions, I’m guessing the other buttons are just sending RF controls....
I was under the impression that the majority of the keys just send RF and the coloured keys just send IR.... I will have to have a further play tonight... i gave up reading the instructions, they didn’t make too much sense to me!
