If I remove a movie from the library and then later update the library, the removed movie is not added back. Scanning the parent movie folder also did not add it. If I browse to the movie folder and select 'Scan for new content' the movie is added to the library.

Looks like the path hash wasn't invalidated on remove. I'll try to reproduce.
