Hi XBMC has vanished of my Mbox and now when I turn it on it's like it's the first time.....in addition there is no available memory so I can't reinstall XBMC...anyone can help me with this PLEASE

Yes I did a system reboot to factory settings and it worked

found the reset hole and factory reset the device then I pressed reboot and it just hangs there saying rebooting but dosent reboot at all.
