I use TVHeadEnd with the iPhone app to AutoRec certain TV Shows. But the problem is, we do have a lot of re-run's on the same day or the same week (nighttime and daytime re-runs). That's fine but when I AutoRec something it also records those reruns filling my harddrive with unnecessary episodes of the same.
Is there a way to alter those AutoRec entries to only record episodes shown in predefined time slots or something?

You can change which days and times the autorec is triggered from the web interface. In the newer tvheadend builds you can change a few more parameters than in the stable version (e.g. recording profile).
