Can someone please educate me and tell me what is the difference between GOTHAM, FRODO an EDEN ? do they a have different addons? Can install them all? or is only one active at the time?

They are different versions of the software.
Eden = v11
Frodo = v12
Gotham = v13
Helix = v14
Sometimes add-ons work between versions, but sometimes they're not compatible, just like Firefox extensions.

Which one are you using? or Which one you find to be more stable?

I use a mix of v13 and the beta of v14. Both are fine, and v14 will be officially released soon.
