hey guys, looking to purchase my first HTPC, and my main use would be as follows

1. run windows and use as my main torrent downloader, that way i can leave it on to constantly seed to the private sites i use
2. have the torrents download to a constantly plugged in external wd my passport hard drive,
3. be my plex server, which i can then connect to from my fire tv, and watch my media with and play my music
4. possible at some point down the line partition and have openelec running, so i can use it for xbmc too if i wish

if i was to partition it, and say, boot into openelec, could the windows partition still be running too, and re seeding my torrents or is that a no no?

what would be the recommended setup you guys would suggest when trying to keep it below £200 cost price?

also, would i be able to use an air mouse with it? the mele f10 pro to be exact.
