Could be a crappy repo (not mine ) you have installed or multiple skin folders but it is impossible that you installed it from my repo and it looks like that without something changed or added.

Only suggestion is to delete all the skin folders you can see then re-install. Settings are not saved in the skin folder in the addons directory. DO NOT delete anything from your userdata (wiki) folder if you wish to keep your settings.
