There is a new paused overlay created by BigNoid which I have added some additions to like time remaining, clearart/clearlogo/poster, and what time the item you are watching will end at.
You can use at pause and/or replace it with the current info screen. I have actually switched to using this as default myself since I prefer the look of it.
It has been awhile since I asked but if anybody has suggestions or ideas let me know... Fair warning though, this is supposed to be minimalistic and not have things like discart and the like.
Only for Krypton
Need opinions on things like the wait time cause this will NOT be user selectable and any suggestions for missing info (within reason OFC). I do plan on making a cast list available after pressing info and then select/enter/click so it is not shown until wanted but it will be similar to the one offered now, in other words a simple list and not some crazy panel with cast photos or anything like that.
P.S. Only actual Krypton testers please, you can feel free to comment on what is shown but if you haven't used it in practice then I think you should at least try it out first
Very nice of you to ask! I totally agree with keeping it minimalistic.
My opinion or suggestions:
1) First and foremost: you know what you are watching, so there is a lot of information that you shouldn't have to be informed about
2) Size: please don't make it so big as the one on the picture from BigNoid, it shouldn't cover 80% of the screen (or make it a config option).
3) Don't show "You are watching".
4) Only show: title (at top-left).
5) Bottom Bar: current movie time/total time + progress bar. Then to the right: time left, end time, current time (24hr format please).
5) Unnecessary: plot, rated info, logos, imdb rating, media flags (or make them optional, to be honest, this should only be available when pressing the "info" button).
The bottom bar could look like this (please only look at the bottom bar, ignore everything else, this is from MQ6):
BTW, I'm extremely happy with your skin, I'm running it on a PI3 and it's awesome, it plays smoothly, I've recommended it to all my friends.
