If you change the widgets transparency setting and come back to the Main menu this is what you see. Reloading the skin will fix it:

When the Info Box appears for ANY reason it never makes it to the middle of any screen as it used to:

Also noticed that if I use the shutdown menu "reload skin" more than once kodi closes. Log indicates it's having an issue finding "skin.aeon.nox.silvo" folder in addons folder. Might be something here messing up but I didn't see this happen on V6.1.3 so thought I would point it out. EDIT: Doesn't do it every time. Right now I can't reproduce it at all. So it's probably something on this end.

I did a fresh install (portable) ALL the same stuff above except I now have a log file (No Debug ON) HERE It looks to me as if the Reload Skin item in the shutdown menu isn't working. I had created a new Music widget with random songs. At exit of creating the widget the skin acted like it went through a reset but no widget showed. Reload Skin wouldn't display it either. Exited Kodi and re-started and widget appeared. 

Here is a debug log. I turned on debug, stopped Kodi, then started Kodi, then I click Reload Skin, Kodi closed.
Also noticed background images for sub-menu items are not being displayed they ARE set.

Screen shot after Starting Kodi and waiting about 2 minutes and then clicking Reload Skin from the shutdown menu.

Widget transparency seems like a Kodi bug. Please try latest master of both Kodi and the skin to see if it still exists.

Updated to Kodi 18.0-ALPHA2 Git:20180416-992b39364f and latest git of the skin. Still there. Guess it'll be fixed one day

Notifications (Info Box) were in the middle of some changes. The latest version is different so hope it looks and works well for you

Small question, what I need to change in order to enlarge the Clearart view, the Icons are too small...
I want them too look more like Madnox because I can't Install Madnox on my Minix it runs too slow.

I love the customisation option in this skin and hence why I use it as my daily skin but can we have more font options please, fonts are small and the code needed to add them is also relatively small but as someone with an android device adding the fonts and the code takes an extraordinary amount of time, it took me about 3 hours just to add one font, copy and pasting and then correcting the code into the font.xml, maybe it would be beneficial for people to upload the relevant files they have amended with any added fonts for those of us that want a bit of an extra special look to this already beautiful skin?

I recently downloaded this skin and love the options. Whenever I have troubles with anything 'kodi' I do a search first to try and resolve the issue myself. This one I can't seem to find an answer for.

What I want to do - When viewing my movie collection, using the 'Showcase' view, and while looking at a Movie set/collection (before clicking 'into' the collection), have the clearlogo displayed at the bottom of the set/collection.

What I have done - After my latest movie update & customizing, I did an export to individual folders with all the options chosen. All movies are in their own respective folders, with NFO files, all artwork files (including clearlogos and clearart), and an extrafanart folder. Clearlogos and clearart are all working on all individual movies and look sharp as hell!!

Found the answer - Artwork Beef. Thought it was skin specific.

If Kodi is crashing every time then something is amiss with your setup. Maybe with your widgets or if you have a frankenskin that needs to be completely deleted and reinstall the latest from Git.

I don't like the default look myself so I change it to show the source in User CP or you can click the source button toggle on/off underneath the Italic/Underline buttons. Maybe that will work for you also

The panel widgets don't autoscroll. It doesn't really make sense to me to do that. The list widgets will scroll if you enable it in Skin settings > Widgets.

You need to change the skin version to the latest master on Git for Leia cause I just made them bigger

Check your settings for Artist Slideshow and post a debug log (wiki).

Well, it takes time to add fonts. I feel like your saying it takes you so much time to add a font that you don't want to add any.

  Oh man! That Source button did the trick for quoting messgaes! Still, this forum software is like no other I use..but you wanna see messed up, look at WD's Support Community! What a mess.

Well I'll go do a fresh install and see what gives on the reloading issue....Good thing about being retired, I have plenty of time on a rainy day to tinker!

Ok, I was running Kodi v17.6 on android boxes. Everything was working as it should. I updated one of the boxes to v18 Alpha. I went to the default skin, installed Kodi update, then installed skin update, changed back to Sylvo skin, it rebuilt and looks correct.

Since doing so I have encountered 2 problems so far:

1. I had a couple smart playlists as sub-menu items, had them set to play, such as playing some random cartoons or crime shows (actual files of mine, not streaming). They worked fine in v17.6. In v18 I just get a "One or more items failed to play, check log".  I even tried to create new playlists with same issue. That brought me to second problem

2. The log viewer just opens up blank.

I have tried installing the latest skin version from GIT, as well as trying the latest nightly of Kodi v18. (after installing the nightly of kodi, I no longer got the error, but it would crash kodi after a minute or so)

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions or know of similiar issues before I wipe it all out and spend hours rebuilding everything fresh again.

I am trying to get v18 to work to use with voice.

UPDATE:
I took the plunge and started from scratch sorta. I installed a re-branded fork of Kodi v18 Alpha for testing. The log viewer is now working correctly.

I am still not able to get my playlists to auto-play when using them as a sub-menu. When I navigate to playlists in kodi (using the list view), they all appear correctly, I can add them to queue and they will play correctly. But when I set them up as a sub-menu item or even a menu item and set it to play I get the "One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message."

If I select DISPLAY instead of PLAY when create the menu item it works as expected.

Here is part of the log it's creating when I get the error:

Quick question. Been using Kodi for years aeon nox specifically and never came across this issue before. Usually I can figure things out but I'm stumped on this one hence why I just signed up here.

Anyway. Just updated to Leia nox silvo skin, mostly I use the list view option and I'm always using the filter under Misc option in the sidebar. It's no longer there since updating to Leia from Krypton, it's driving me crazy not being able to filter through lists with hundreds and sometimes thousands of items.

Please help. 😩

Ah, I'll try that out on my xbox1, it has leia as the only version available, I did add a font but like I said it took me an absolute age to do it, thanks for adding some new fonts, I'll look forward to trying them out

Skin settings, customise home screen, on the right side there is an option for each main menu item to add a widget
