i have make the above code it is workink ok with mouse but not with remote probably becouse it is overlaping a button or i am trying in wrong place .
Thanks in advance
If you take a look at the whole VideoOSD.xml do you see any buttons besides the one you added?
You do not because they are located somewhere else.
They are includes from this bit of code:
The location of the above is in the Includes.xml file.xml:
<include condition="!VideoPlayer.Content(LiveTV)">DefaultVideoOSD</include>
<include condition="VideoPlayer.Content(LiveTV)">PVRVideoOSD</include>
The reason it works using a mouse is because you are controlling the navigation using the pointer which can travel anywhere you move it to.
A remote has to know where to go and right now it is focused on the DefaultVideoOSD grouplist. That grouplist doesn't know about this new button so it cannot navigate there.
You have 2 options:
1) Add the button to DefaultVideoOSD grouplist
or
2) Add the navigation info to the DefaultVideoOSD grouplist or both the first and last buttons so it goes in a loop including your newly added button.
Either way you cannot use id="707" because that button is already in the grouplist and id #'s need to be unique for navigation if they are going to be used in the same window.

Perhaps I did not explain it well enough because your statement is not quite the condition I was referring to. Take you pic above...now arrow down and try to scroll the actors list, or highlight the item so it will show. For me the actrors lists scrolls right on by and you can not stop on any actor to view them. If I then comment out the item.setProperty('TotalSeasons', str(total_seasons)) in my script and not pass the season count to the skin the actors list no longer scrolls right on by. I can now view the actors list and scroll each one of them. Movies does not do this obviously because there is no season count there. What I was trying to say by mentioning season count is that seems to be the culprit making the actors scroll passed the view area and I can never see them.
No. I got what your saying.
I am saying, by your own admission/testing, that whatever your script is doing is the problem and I couldn't possibly know what that is.
Why is your script setting this property?
If you have made no changes to the skin then the only other connected issue is the seasons panel:
xml:
<include condition="String.IsEqual(ListItem.DBTYPE,tvshow) + Integer.IsGreater(ListItem.Property(TotalSeasons),0)">ExtendedSeasonPanel</include>
Whatever your script does is causing an error displaying the season posters in some way.
You have not given any specific information like a debug log (wiki) or the function of this "script" and what, if any, skin modifications you have made so this is all conjecture on my part.
Easy way to test is to comment out that include and see if it is but I am guessing you are still testing this script and it is setting the property to not 0 when there is no seasons to display or something like that.
Again this is a lot of assumption/guessing...

When you are in any video addon the two views you can select are only list and icon (and It defaults to list view)
When i an in my ordinary library (tv/movie) I can see all the aeon nox views.
My favourite in all libraries is tri panel.
Ideally I want to use other views in my video add-ons (eg youtube) such as tripanel, because the only two options now (list and icon) in addons are not very good for scrolling through lots of content.
Is the ability to support more views (like tripanel) in video addons possible with aeon nox?
I've tried modifying the MyVideoNav xml with no luck.
Thanks.
That is up to the addon to offer either an option to set the content (movie, tv show, episode) or a way to force the view mode:
