With you saying your Windows 2 in 1 touch screen wasn't working after upgrading to Kodi 19.2.
I tried my Dell W10 laptop which has a touch screen, and the Kodi touch screen problem is still there.
I didn't notice the touch screen issue was there after updating to 19.2 because on my laptop I use button control rather than touch control.
So for me, 19.2 fixed the touch screen issue on my android 10 touch screen phone, but hasn't fixed the touch screen issue on my Dell W10 touch screen.
That's it! I have a Lenovo P11 Pro (Android) and I just finished installing 19.2 (nightly) on it and it is working. This is GREAT news!! Thanks again Mike for the best skin in town! It's not real important for the laptop as I use the keyboard and mouse on it anyway. But I do have a video I captured of the bug if it's needed. Well now I have some work to do updating all my HTPCs to 19.2. See ya later I guess
Then I got to meet Rick Dangerous trying to play an MP3 file. Got so ticked off I uninstalled Kodi from the tablet. I found the answer to Rick so i'll put it back on just not today. Never had so much trouble with lesser versions of Kodi....ah well.
EDIT: Still a slight issue with the loss of focus. Sometimes, it seems, a drag on the menu bar from right to left makes it lose focus. I just can't seem to pinpoint if it's a drag on the menu bar or a tap on the screen.
The only thing I can think of that may have affected this is I restarted my phone.
